Job Description: As a Snowflake Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data solutions using the Snowflake cloud data platform. You will be responsible for creating data pipelines, managing ETL processes, optimizing data storage and retrieval, and designing scalable data architectures. 

The candidate will be in a client facing role. 

Project Description / Key Responsibilities:  

  • Data Pipeline Development 

  • Snowflake Integration with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP). 

  • Performance Optimisation 

  • Programming and Data Modelling 

Key Skills:  

  • Highly proficient in SQL programming for writing complex queries to extract manipulate, and analyse data from Snowflake 

  • Proficiency in any one of the following languages - Python, Java or Scala 

  • Strong experience in setting up and managing Snowflake infrastructure, 

  • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake security, performance tuning, and optimisation 

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) 

  • Minimum 5+ years in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing 

  • Expertise in ETL/ELT processes 

  • Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
