◆業務内容
マーケティング・コミュニケーション本部（M+C）のグループの一つである、クライアント・リレーションシップ・マーケティング (CRM)で、特定の業界や中〜大規模アカウントに対する高い効果を持つCRMエンゲージメント戦略の策定・実行を担っていただきます。業界リーダーやアカウントチーム、そして国内外のM+C部門の同僚など様々なステークホルダーと連携・協力し、お客様に対しアクセンチュアの価値を最大限に届けていきます。その際、データを活用して施策の効果を見える化・最適化することが肝要です。
また、社員のキャリア構築における相談者であるピープルリードとして、メンバーの育成・コーチングにも取り組んでいただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】
- 日本市場における、業界別・アカウント別の統合マーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略の立案と実行
- CRMのチームメンバー、他のM+C部門、リーダー陣と連携し、関係強化とブランド価値向上に資するマーケティング施策の計画・活用・実行
- 高品質かつ顧客中心で業界に特化したマーケティングプログラムの運営
o 戦略立案とメッセージ設計
o 顧客エンゲージメントジャーニーの構築
o コンテンツのキュレーションとカスタマイズ
o イベント体験の設計
o LinkedInのベストプラクティス活用
o 重要な提案案件の獲得支援
- アカウントリーダーやチーム、業界リーダーとの戦略的ディスカッションのリード
o 彼らの優先事項やビジネスの背景を理解し、それに沿ったマーケティング計画の策定
- クライアントの関心を惹きつける、関連性の高いコンテンツや体験の企画・提供
- 以下のような必須ツールの習得と活用：
o SynOps for M&C（M+C Plan、MMS、Monday、Writer、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなど）
- 事前に合意された成果指標に基づくパフォーマンス評価と、フィードバックループを通じた継続的改善の推進
• クライアントの関心を惹きつける、関連性の高いコンテンツや体験の企画・提供
• 以下のような必須ツールの習得と活用：
o SynOps for M&C（M+C Plan、MMS、Monday、Writer、LinkedIn Sales Navigatorなど）
• 事前に合意された成果指標に基づくパフォーマンス評価と、フィードバックループを通じた継続的改善の推進
◆応募要件
・大卒以上・高等教育を日本語で受けていること
・マーケティング実務経験5年以上
・キャンペーン管理、成果物の作成、測定・報告などを含む幅広いマーケティングスキル。SNS、Eメール、ダイレクトメールなど複数チャネルの活用経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル ・ステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
・日本語力（ネイティブレベル）
・英語力（ビジネスレベル以上、社内のステークホルダー（グローバル含む）とのコミュニケーションに対応できるレベル）
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・B2B企業での実務経験
・アカウントベースマーケティングや案件・提案ベースのマーケティング経験
・Salesforceなどのクライアントリレーションシップ管理（CRM）プラットフォームの使用経験
・ 各種AIツールの利用経験
