We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead complex projects and integrations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance, and security policies.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, including data management, workflows, and automation.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance to stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications:


• Prior experience in Public Services will be ideal (optional)
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.
• Prior experience in Solutioning in GCC, and ability to help with integration of applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Experience with data modeling, security, and governance in Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
