Job duties of this Role:

  • Work with clients to identify the business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Understand and analyze functional impacts on front-to-back applications 

  • Perform and interpret requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients 

  • Design and document new process and system changes 

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and business diagnosis

  • Assist in testing and deployment phase; Design and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption

  • Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university in IT or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment

  • Prior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project

  • Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology

  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital application workflows Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Certified agile professional is preferred, such as certified scrum master, PSM I/ II, etc.

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles
