The Work
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services practice, focusing on Capital Markets and Wealth Management. If you’re passionate about transforming the financial industry, enhancing client and advisor experiences, and helping organizations become more efficient and sustainable—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from discovery and solutioning through implementation and change management, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client goals.
Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on key business challenges and transformation initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning, innovation, and personal development.
Assess current-state client operations across front-, middle-, and back-office functions and design targeted recommendations for improvement.
Drive digital transformation efforts by introducing innovative tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to deliver forward-looking insights and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or adjacent financial services areas, with a strong track record of team management and stakeholder engagement.
Deep understanding of the financial services value chain, particularly in client lifecycle management, investment advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Prior consulting experience or in-house transformation leadership, with the ability to deliver under pressure in dynamic, client-facing environments.
Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment among stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
