We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Manager with a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills and a desire to be part of a winning team. You take the lead in defining the data migration strategy, manage the preparation and monitor the execution.

In this role you will collaborate with business and functional teams in gathering business requirements for data migration needs and work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration, often in an international team. You will be working with subject matter experts to identify, define and communicate the data migration requirements.

As a SAP Data Migration Manager, you will manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan.

You will develop best practice and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration
  • Strong experience working in project implementation on SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge of Masterdata best practices is a plus.Experience with SAP modules such as: SD/MM, SAP FICO, SAP PP, SAP PM
  • Knowledge/experience with SAP Data Migration Tooling such as: SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP ABAP, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience with S/4HANA Migration cockpit (Including LTMOM) and MS Access is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with Defect and Incident tooling such as HP ALM and Remedy or equivalent is a plus.
  • Deep understanding on Reconciliation of data and reporting techniques
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings and workshops to collect data, functional and technology requirements, document processes, data flows, gap analysis
  • Demonstrated history of managing a (datamigration) team
  • Independent, relationship builder and fluent in English
