• Previous Experience in Private Equity: A strong background in Private Equity is essential. We are looking for professionals with demonstrated experience in managing investments, executing deals, and driving performance improvements in the private equity sector.
• Proven Track Record: Experience in developing and implementing strategic solutions, managing client engagements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data, market trends, and operational dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Leadership and Team Management: For managerial and senior managerial roles, demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams and managing client relationships.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience focused on Private Investment (private equity, growth equity, venture), either directly as part of a fund deal or operating team, in a professional services firm serving private investment and portfolio companies, or in an operating role in a privately held company, preferably with bulge bracket firm interactions
