What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk to protect critical systems and privileged identities.

  • Define, implement and enforce identity security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Own the CyberArk platform lifecycle, including configuration, upgrades, integrations and continuous optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align PAM initiatives with organizational and security objectives.

  • Proactively monitor and optimize privileged access controls, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert in identity security, mentoring team members and driving best practices across PAM operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Digital Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Strong hands‑on expertise with CyberArk, including solution design, implementation, troubleshooting and operations.

  • Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth and their integration in enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).

  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to improve PAM efficiency and scalability.

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SASE frameworks and cloud‑native security networks.

  • Experience with network security, including monitoring, logging, vulnerability assessment, architecture reviews and technical documentation.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal

    • CyberArk Trustee / Defender

    • CyberArk Guardian

    • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)

    • CyberArk Identity Certifications (SSO, MFA, Cloud Identity)

    • CISSP

    • CISM

Flexibility for occasionally travels within Europe for key project deliveries and client meetings.
