特に全国規模の小売業創業の地としての群馬は、国内外の知見を集積した小売業向けITサービスおよび金融業向けモダナイゼーション拠点を目指しています。
自治体や県内企業などに対する、デジタル活用力のさらなる向上のための研修・ワークショップなどを通して「日本最先端デジタル県」を目指す群馬県を支援します。
弊社のすべての国内拠点は支社・子会社ではなくアクセンチュア本体のひとつの拠点であり、大都市圏(東京・関西)の下請けではなく、本社を含む他拠点と同等の位置づけとして運営しています。
企業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション案件において、最先端のテクノロジーを活用した業務・ビジネスの変革を推進するために、戦略企画から変革実行・運用まで一貫した支援を行います。
技術要素としては要件定義、設計、構築、テスト、開発、保守、運用だけでなく、クラウドシフトの効果を最大化するために、アプリケーション・インフラおよびセキュリティの垣根を超え、統合的なITサービスの計画・設計・構築・移行およびその後の運営を実現します。
①コンサルティング
・デジタルトランスフォーメーション(IT＋業務・組織)のためのグランドデザイン、変革ロードマップの策定
・既存IT・最新テクノロジーを組み合わせた全体アーキテクチャ・ソリューションのデザイン
・デジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトのデリバリー（要件定義～設計・開発～テスト・導入～定着化）
・グローバルプロジェクトのマネジメント。テスト・移行などの計画策定・推進・管理
②アプリケーション
・システム要件定義者、アプリケーション設計者、アプリケーションデベロッパ―
・保守・運用のアプリケーションエンハンス要員
③ITインフラ
・エンタープライズ・インフラストラクチャ・トランスフォーメーション
・クラウド・マイグレーション＆モダナイゼーション
・サービス・リライアビリティ・エンジニアリング（SRE）
【必須（MUST）】
以下いずれかの経験3年以上
①ITプランニング経験
②Javaを中心としたオープン系開発言語を用いたシステム開発経験
③アーキテクチャ/インフラストラクチャ領域の業務経験

- ネットワークセキュリティ（次世代ファイアウォール、侵入検知・防御、SD-WAN、ロードバランサ、SASE）
- 上記以外の各種OSS、ミドルウェア（RDBMS、Web/Appサーバー、運用系ツール等）
・群馬県活性化へ貢献したい方
・新しいことにチャレンジする気持ちを持っていること
