製造業・プロセス／エネルギー産業の企業に対し、
経営課題を起点に、モノづくり全体を進化させるDX構想・実行を支援するポジションです。
CEO／CXOクラスとの対話を通じて、生産・製造領域の業務やシステムのあるべき姿を描き、AIなどの最新デジタル技術を活用した生産方式・業務プロセスの変革を、現場・関連部門を巻き込みながら推進します。
単なる構想策定にとどまらず、実行・定着まで伴走する「変革の推進者」として支援を推進します。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです。
・製造デジタルトランスフォーメーション戦略の立案および実行推進
・スマートファクトリー戦略の立案と実行推進
・デジタルテクノロジーを活用した生産性向上計画の立案と実行推進
・デジタルテクノロジー活用を前提とした生産プロセスのグランドデザイン策定 等
<製造プロセスアーキテクト・エンジニア>
生産、SCM、設備保全といった現場課題に対し、DX・データ・AIを活用して「実際に現場が変わる」ところまで実行するポジションです。
お客様の業務を深く理解し、活用可能なデータを特定。AIやIoTなどを用いたユースケースを構想し、DXロードマップ策定からシステム導入・運用定着までを一貫してリードします。
具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです。
・生産現場／設備管理領域の業務改革・新規ビジネス開発に向けたコンサルティング
・IoT、MES、APM、ARなどを活用した現場の自動化・最適化支援
・設備状態監視、予知保全、点検・保守の高度化に向けた提案・ソリューション導入
・データ分析・KPI管理による業務改善、PDCA推進
・設備管理システムやGIS連携によるコスト削減・安全性向上
・企画～設計～導入～運用までの一貫支援
