・アートディレクションやデザイン制作の実務経験２年以上
・国内外のアワード受賞経験
・戦略立案や企画中心のコンセプトメイキングやアプトプットづくり経験者（クラフトを主軸にしたデザイナー職は別途設定あり）
・Adobe Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、及びAdobe Illustrator等の専門スキル
・それ以外のソフトウェアやツール使用スキル

【アートディレクター】
・協調性、情熱、積極性がある
・プレゼンテーションとパブリックスピーキングのスキル
・戦略立案や企画中心のコンセプトメイキングやアプトプットづくり経験者（クラフトを主軸にしたデザイナー職は別途設定あり）
・タイムマネジメント能力、効果的・効率的に働くためのチームワーク
・限られた時間の中でも、複数のプロジェクトを同時進行できるマルチタスキング能力
・世界レベルのアウトップット制作への意欲と、海外からのタレントとの協業

【シニアアートディレクター】
・異なるタイプのクリエイティブ開発を多角的に行なった経験
・異なるタイプのプロダクション経験と対応能力
・個人の責任で稼働できる能力
・協調性とチームワーク、異なる部署のメンバーと一緒に働ける能力
・筆記及び口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルが高く、効果的な発言をあらゆるミーティングにおいてできる能力
・世界レベルのアウトップット制作への意欲と、海外からのタレントとの協業
