マーケティング領域における大規模開発やBPOプロジェクトに関し、業務移行の計画・推進、デジタル戦略にもとづいたキャンペーンプランニング、定量・定性分析データからの施策提案、UIアウトプットなど様々な領域での継続的な実行支援をリードいただくポジションです。
◆具体的な仕事内容
【Campaign manager】
・プロジェクト構築/オートメーション化・改善推進
・デジタルキャンペーンのプランニング
・KPI策定/制作進行/分析、レポーティング
・定量的データを基にしたPDCA運用
・UI/UXデザイン設計
【Information Architect】
・クライアントのビジネス課題の理解、戦略策定
・デジタルマーケティング領域の業務把握、整理、分析
・プロジェクトにおけるチームリードまたはその補佐
・プランニングやその統括
【Marketing Analyst】
・クライアント課題のヒアリング及び課題設定
・課題改善施策全体の設計・管理
・データ分析・コンサルティング
・定量的データ分析/定性データ分析を基にしたPDCA運用
・定期計測レポート設計および作成
【Technical Consultant】
・マーケティングオートメーションツール（Salesforce Marketing Cloud）の導入/運用支援
・CRMシナリオの新規プランニングおよびPDCA運用
・アドホック配信運用
・配信結果のレポーティングおよび分析
◆必須要件
下記いずれかの、デジタルマーケティング実務３年以上
・Webサイト制作/運用
・アプリ運用
・デジタルキャンペーン企画/運用
◆歓迎要件
・UX/UI手法を用いた制作ディレクション経験
・アクセス解析の実務経験
