This role ensures that quality standards are operationalized, training interventions are delivered consistently, and policy/process. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Team Leadership and People Management • Supervise and manage a team supporting Quality, Training, and Policy Change Management functions • Set performance expectations, monitor output quality, and provide coaching • Drive accountability for timelines, deliverables, and service levels • Conduct regular performance reviews and team huddles • Build team capability in governance, documentation, and execution 2. Quality Management Support • Oversee execution of quality management processes aligned to standards • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quality reports and analyses • Identify performance trends, risks, and process gaps • Support audit readiness through proper documentation • Partner with stakeholders to improve process adherence 3. Training Delivery Oversight • Supervise planning and deployment of training programs • Ensure training logistics, tracking, and records are maintained • Monitor training quality and effectiveness • Partner with trainers and stakeholders for alignment • Support readiness for pilot runs and process transitions 4. Policy Change Management Execution • Support end-to-end policy change activities including intake, tracking, and implementation • Maintain change trackers and monitor completion status • Ensure structured communication and documentation of changes • Escalate risks, delays, and gaps in implementation • Reinforce policy documents as the source of truth 5. Governance and Reporting • Prepare performance reports and governance updates • Track action items, risks, and dependencies • Ensure audit-defensible documentation is maintained • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions 6. Continuous Improvement • Identify process improvement opportunities • Standardize workflows and reporting • Recommend enhancements based on data insights OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in QA; 3 years of supervisory experience
