You will be responsible for the quality assurance and safety of the work performed by Trust and Safety resources whose role includes analyzing, working with, viewing and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Trust & Safety is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially disturbing, objectionable, and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). This role is not intended to analyze, work with, view or proactively engage with sensitive or disturbing content as part of the role. However, given the role may be in proximity to Trust & Safety roles that do review content, there is a potential for you to experience indirect exposure to content. Therefore, we care for the health & well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform your responsibilities as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (i.e., ReactJS). • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. • Support a group who review, classify and/or remove, work with, view or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels and/or creating prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Quezon Cybergate Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years total experience • Proficiency required: • Javascript – Advanced • React.Js – Intermediate • CSS – Advanced Preferred • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills • Excellent comprehension, communication, and skills • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
