Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires defining the scope of projects and closely monitoring the progress of deliverables. Regular communication with various stakeholders is essential to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The position demands coordination across different teams and continuous evaluation of project milestones to maintain quality and timeliness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to foster a cohesive working environment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. - Support the development and mentoring of team members to build capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and web application architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable web applications. - Proficient in integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques related to web applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
