Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous monitoring and controlling of service level agreements using established tools, methodologies, and processes. The position involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure smooth project execution. - Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. - Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service level agreement management and performance monitoring. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective delivery. - Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions to support service continuity. - Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Proven capability in coordinating multiple teams and managing priorities in dynamic environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
