Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address security incidents, analyzing data from various sources, and contributing to the continuous improvement of security operations. You will engage in discussions to solve complex problems and support the team in enhancing their knowledge and skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. - Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures. - Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices. - Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to inform proactive measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with incident response and threat analysis. - Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of security monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum less than 1 year(s) of experience is required
