Develop and integrate applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other enterprise services. Leverage front-end and server-side technologies to develop APIs, implement DevOps practices, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design fundamentals, Figma mastery, and a solid understanding of AI-driven interaction patterns, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to bring AI products from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: Generative AI Experience Design Design end-to-end user experiences for Generative AI applications including chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, and intelligent dashboards Define AI interaction patterns (prompt input, response visualization, feedback loops, confidence indicators, explainability UI) Design experiences that promote user trust, transparency, and responsible AI usage Translate AI outputs into clear, actionable, and user-friendly interfaces UI/UX Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for AI-enabled products Ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and usability across web and mobile platforms Apply user-centered design principles to simplify complex AI workflows User Research & Validation Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations for AI features Translate user insights into design improvements and measurable UX outcomes Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and AI behavior changes Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with Product Managers to define UX requirements and success metrics Partner with AI/ML engineers and developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate AI integration Support handoff to engineering with clear documentation, specs, and assets Participate in agile ceremonies and design reviews Design & UX Skills 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design Proven expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping) Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design for complex applications Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
