Salesforce CRM Analytics Senior Analyst
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics & AI Specialist to join our team and help transform data into actionable intelligence. In this role, you will leverage Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Einstein AI, and advanced data modeling techniques to deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions across sales, service, and marketing functions.
You will play a hands-on role in building analytics assets, predictive models, and AI-powered insights, while also acting as a strategic partner to business stakeholders by translating data and AI outputs into meaningful recommendations. This role works closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, data engineers, and business teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, trusted, and aligned with business goals.
Proficiency in Agentforce, Cloud 360, and D360, with the ability to leverage these platforms to optimize customer engagement, data integration, and end-to-end service management.

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, implementing updates as necessary.
- Document application processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics within Salesforce.
- Experience in developing custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with other applications and data sources.
- Solid grasp of user interface design principles to enhance user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
