Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve software components by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective changes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Experience with integration of onboarding modules within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize onboarding workflows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding functionalities to meet unique business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
