As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are robust and adaptable to evolving needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to maintain clear communication within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of database design and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in writing optimized queries and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- 15 years full time education is required.
