Project Role : Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand the software development lifecycle and architecture, while also delving into performance testing and validation. You will be responsible for capacity planning and application performance management, ensuring that problems are detected and resolved efficiently. Your role will require a proactive approach to identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on performance objectives and strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with capacity planning and application performance management.
- Familiarity with problem detection and resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
