Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure high standards of control, accuracy, and data integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges. Collaboration across various teams to align testing objectives with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring a robust and forward-thinking quality assurance environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective automated test cases.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
