Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the design and implementation of service management frameworks to ensure seamless operations. The role requires active engagement with various teams to coordinate activities, monitor service delivery, and address any challenges that arise. This position demands a proactive approach to managing workflows and facilitating communication across departments to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency. The individual will also focus on continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals through effective service management practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize service management processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex service management challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve service delivery excellence.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring and reporting service performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
