Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud development are must-have skills for this requirement. We are seeking a Team player with strong hands-on expertise in Java microservices development and cloud platforms, capable of leading modules or small teams while delivering scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Attention to maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across different environments is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the applications continue to deliver value effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have skills: Java, Spring Boot and microservices with strong hands-on expertise.
Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
Experience in Agile Development framework and JIRA is must.
Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
Understanding of performance tuning and scalability considerations in packaged applications.
Self learner and able to deliver quickly .
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and enterprise release processes.
Flowable and BPMN knowledge will be good to have.
Ability to use and contribute to AI tools like Github copilot for end-to-end development.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7-10 years of experience in Spring Boot.
A 15 years full time education is required.
