Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications align with organizational goals. The workday often includes analyzing requirements, developing solutions, and refining applications to enhance performance and usability, all while adapting to evolving project demands and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application development processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of application functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on project-related tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Understanding of integrating applications with databases and external services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
