Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires active collaboration with clients and internal teams to shape strategic directions and bring forward-thinking ideas into practical application. The position demands a balance of technical insight and business understanding, fostering trusted relationships with clients to ensure alignment with their goals. Daily activities include analyzing complex requirements, designing effective solutions, and guiding teams to implement best practices that drive successful outcomes and enhance organizational reputation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of customer identity and access management concepts.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based customer data solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
