Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning how various technological components integrate to enhance business processes and user experiences. The architect collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions align with enterprise goals and industry standards, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure IT infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and middleware platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
