Summary:
As a Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial goals are achieved. This role requires maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing the outcomes of delivery activities. The position also involves identifying potential opportunities for additional business growth through up-selling or cross-selling, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align delivery objectives and continuous monitoring of project progress are key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation, Generative AI.
- Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing complex projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and performance indicators to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to maintain productive relationships and align project goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
