Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders to refine process requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control concepts within discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support system implementations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process documentation.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis to capture business needs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
