Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain reliability and efficiency in production environments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Science, Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- In-depth understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Hands-on expertise with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Ability to develop scalable AI solutions integrating chatbots, image processing, and other AI-driven components.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation, tuning, and deployment best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
