Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Good to have skills : ServiceNow ITOM Discovery

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment across all deployment efforts. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are key daily tasks, ensuring that training sessions, pilot programs, and other critical milestones are effectively managed to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment activities.
- Monitor deployment progress and adjust plans to address any challenges or risks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to support deployment readiness.
- Assist junior team members in understanding deployment processes and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex deployment issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in coordinating deployment activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT operations management and discovery tools to enhance deployment efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
