Project Role : Responsible AI Tech Lead
Project Role Description : Ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and advocates for ethical AI adoption.

Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position demands active collaboration across various departments to ensure that AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly. Leadership is demonstrated through fostering a culture of accountability and advocating for the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The role is dynamic, involving strategic planning, decision-making, and continuous engagement with stakeholders to promote trustworthy AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical AI principles into project workflows and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation using Infrastructure As Code methodologies.
- Strong understanding of configuration management and deployment automation.
- Ability to design scalable and secure infrastructure environments that support AI workloads.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to AI infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- 100 percentage Work From Office
- Work will be performed in a secured bay environment with restricted access on Accenture-issued laptops.
- Offshore coverage is limited to Shift A and Shift B only
- Indicative split: 50 percentage Shift A / 50 percentage Shift B.
