Project Role Description : Apply industry and AI expertise to build data and AI strategy, business case and roadmap to identify AI value opportunities across the business value chain. Create Data & AI platform and capabilities blueprint, target operating model including implications for larger talent strategy.

Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise in artificial intelligence to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires identifying opportunities where AI can add value across various segments of the business value chain. The practitioner designs detailed roadmaps and business cases to support AI initiatives, while also crafting blueprints for data and AI platforms and capabilities. Additionally, the role includes defining target operating models and considering the broader impact on talent strategies within the organization, ensuring a cohesive and forward-looking approach to AI adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and refinement of AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines.
- Assist junior team members in understanding AI strategy concepts and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify AI integration opportunities.
- Experience in designing AI platform architectures and capability blueprints.
- Ability to develop comprehensive AI roadmaps and business cases.
- Familiarity with target operating model development and its implications on organizational talent.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate AI strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
