Project Role Description : Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

Summary:
As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments, and ensure accountability. The position also includes providing strategic guidance to the team to deliver value to clients and optimize operational efficiency across various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align business objectives and financial goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in managing financial operations and commercial relationships within a business environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
