Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, fostering collaboration among team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the application lifecycle. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in driving project success by maintaining clear communication and overseeing the technical execution of application solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application development process to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in application performance and usability.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices related to Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Oracle FCC environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between Oracle FCC and other financial systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
