Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating software releases to ensure seamless deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for packaged and cloud-based application development.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Payments
- ISO20022
- RTGS and Instant Flows
- CBPR+, SEPA, SIC5 (additional payment schemes as a plus)
- Hands-on experience in any Payment Packaged System (e.g. Temenos, Volante, GPP, Icon)


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in managing software configuration, integration, and release processes.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to oversee the evolution of software solutions in dynamic business environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
