Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet business needs. The engineer actively oversees progress, addresses challenges, and ensures that the applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and design efficient software solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within production planning systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
