Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and managing software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of the platform in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to establish and enforce best practices and standards for platform development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain platform reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- Strong knowledge of portal architecture and design principles related to Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- Experience in managing software configurations, integrations, and release cycles within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to maintain system stability.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for portal platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
