1. The Project Manager is accountable for leading complex, cross functional IT initiatives from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budget, and in accordance with defined scope and PMO governance standards.
Required Experience
2. 7+ years of hands-on experience managing complex IT projects in an enterprise environment
3. Demonstrated success delivering projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and vendors Experience operating within a formal PMO governance model with strong financial, risk, and change controls

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using approved PMO tools
Coordinate cross functional IT and business teams, including external service providers
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in alignment with PMO standards
Track and drive completion of all project tasks, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes
Ensure all changes are documented, reviewed, approved, and baselined through established governance processes
Oversee project financials including forecasts, actuals, and variance management
Ensure project quality standards are met and deliverables are accepted
Tools & Methodologies
Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management and PPM tools, including:
ServiceNow Portfolio / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
JIRA
Aha
Spira (or equivalent ALM tools)
Experience delivering projects using Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies, including SAFe environments
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Provide clear, concise, and timely project status reporting to stakeholders at all levels
Prepare and deliver executive level updates, dashboards, and presentations
Act as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and communications
Documentation & Operational Handoff
Ensure all required project documentation is created, maintained, and archived in accordance with PMO and audit standards
Drive a structured operational handoff, including knowledge transfer and formal project closure activities
