Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and refining the product roadmap and backlog to align with evolving client needs. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate ideas and ensure that the product team remains focused on delivering valuable outcomes. Collaboration across various stakeholders and adapting plans based on new insights are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring the product evolves in a user-centered and responsive manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Prioritize and balance competing demands to maximize product value and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Program Management, Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in backlog management and sprint planning to drive iterative product development.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Competence in using project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
