Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with various organizational stakeholders to provide advisory services that drive business agility and foster technology innovation. This role focuses on guiding clients through transformational journeys that enhance their ability to adapt and excel in competitive environments. The practitioner collaborates across multiple teams to understand evolving business landscapes and supports the development of strategies that enable continuous learning and superior performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology groups to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the adoption of agile practices and principles within client organizations to enhance responsiveness.
- Mentor junior team members to build capabilities and support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Experience in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
