Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models and explores various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing to create innovative and efficient solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of AI-driven applications are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of artificial intelligence models into scalable applications ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience in designing and implementing deep learning architectures and neural networks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI services and deployment pipelines for production environments.
- Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions including chatbots and image processing systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to AI application performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
