Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and collaborating to design and refine data models that support both current and future business needs. This position requires continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data models align with organizational goals and facilitate efficient data management and utilization across different teams and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
- Ability to optimize data processing workflows and improve data quality.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data ecosystems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
