Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day typically involves engaging with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical technology and business solutions. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. You will ensure that the solutions implemented effectively address client requirements while fostering collaboration across teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Assist in documenting integration processes and workflows to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate integration solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience with API design and development, including RESTful and SOAP services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
