The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches to business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that support organizational transformation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business requirements and technical concepts clearly.
- Skilled in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
