Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects is a key aspect of daily activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business and technology stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur, Openlink Endur Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey business requirements and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to design and implement technology-enabled business models that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative problem-solving efforts.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
