Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires ensuring that platform standards are maintained to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the software platform is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that solutions remain robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to maintain and enhance platform stability and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software releases with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software configurations and integrations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
