Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to maintain compatibility and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and provide seamless application functionality is an integral part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in customizing and extending packaged or software as a service applications using low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques to connect various systems.
- Ability to manage application lifecycle including deployment, updates, and version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization within cloud-based environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
