Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role requires a thoughtful approach to creating frameworks that support long-term business goals while ensuring system robustness and efficiency. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with evolving organizational needs and technology trends, fostering innovation and adaptability within the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse system components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable cloud-based solutions and integrating enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to develop and communicate architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
- Expertise in performance optimization and system reliability within cloud environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with development, operations, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
